Notes:

(3/6/1998) v0.3b

Lots of nice features added. Including a annoying shareware message, even though we are not technically shareware yet.

Worked on the prefs panel a bit, added pause key. No key prefs yet.

Apparently nobody wants fullscreen or joystick support...I received absolutely no email about it. In fact I have recieved a total of 1 ...that's right ONE email about BeMasterGear.

(2/27/1998) v0.24b

First update. Many numerous internal changes. I rewrote the video code nearly 4 times. I think it is approaching 'as good as its gonna get' (tm). The major cpu hogs are the emulator code (we can't help that though), and the app server (it is just damn slow at drawing bitmaps). I may invest the time to include joystick and BWindowScreen support if anybody is interested.

Sound is also fixed up a bit (read: more accurate). Again, many many great thanks to the great Mr. John Stiles, without whom the sound would really really suck. I've started fleshing out the prefs panel a little bit, you can now do live adjusts of the volume. Thats it for now though.

Oh, and we now use the libprefs library to save a few prefs. It rocks. I have nothing more to say about that.

	See you next week.

(initial) v0.2b

This is an extremely beta/alpha version. All there is now is basic emulation and sound (!!!). Have no fear, I will add features. This is just to let all the BeOS junkies have something to play with while I struggle through my digital logic courses and don't have much time to code.

Do not ask me for ROMs. I don't have any for you. Besides, anybody with an IQ greater than 50 can find them by the hundreds on the internet.

=====================
Other Neato options:
1. click on the display window to double size it. click again for regular size emulation.
2. dynamic emulation speed control.
3, Sound!! This is the first working console emulator for the BeOS with working sound as far as I know.

A quick word about roms:
Some ROMS will not load. Using HexJuggler (kick ass proggie by the way) remove the 1st 512 bytes
of the file. It SHOULD load OK then. Remember to never work with your originals.

Standard disclaimer shit:
I am not responsible for any damage this software may cause, or any lack of productivity you may suffer either directly or indirectly from this software. Don't bother trying to sue me...I don't have any money. In fact, the monitor I'm using right now doesn't even belong to me. *My* monitor is sitting on the ground in a smoking heap. Bugger huh?
